The month of October is really just for strengthening that core! Plank, plank, plank!! You choose the level you plank at - it could be on your elbows, or straight arm plank, 3/4 plank, or full... it really is up to you and your current level. The aim is to improve your plank technique and the length you can hold that same plank - so if you start with a 3/4 elbow plank - keep it throughout the whole challenge and measure your time improvements.
