RETURNS POLICY

We want you to LOVE our products and unique clothing as much as we do, but there are some things you need to consider before purchasing.

Please refer to the SIZE GUIDES before placing an order - this ensures you will get a perfect fit every time!

​

Be aware each item is made TO ORDER - therefore, we cannot offer refunds for buyers' remorse.

​

As the items are made to order they will take longer than pre-made items.  We aim to have the items to you within 10-15 working days, but please bear this in mind prior to purchasing!

By creating the items to order we ensure less wastage and less strain on the environment.  We also strive to use eco-friendly fabrics where possible.

​

If there is an error/defect/discrepancy with the item received then please email us at enquiries@incredible-me.co.uk and we will advise on how to return the item to us and we can arrange a new item or refund/credit as appropriate. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

​

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
