Meditations

Our meditations will help you with a number of things - they primarily induce relaxation and through repeated practice will calm the mind.  You can do these before bed to aid sleep, or just take out some time in a day to allow yourself to reset and recharge.  

You can use these also at the end of one of our classes/videos to really end your Pilates on a full mind/body connected note.
