Service Description

Block date: Between 19th Feb - 28th March Monday 6pm Theme: All over body mobilisation and conditioning. MBM Pilates sessions are perfect for helping you achieve body freedom by addressing any aches/stiffness in your body and working to your own level to improve your flexibility, mobility and strength. Our classes are fun, friendly, and welcoming What to bring: 🟢 A mat (if you do not have a mat, please let us know and we can sanitise and bring one for you). 🟢A small head towel (optional) 🟢A water bottle (optional) What to wear: 🟣 Comfortable, but not too loose clothing 🟣 Socks or bare feet (if borrowing a mat for the class, we ask you wear clean socks on our mats) Limited spaces in each block.
