With just 4 people per group, you’ll receive plenty of personal attention, a friendly onboarding process, and exercises tailored to your needs and comfort level.

Classes will run with a minimum of 2 participants. If fewer sign up, you’ll have the option to switch to a private one-to-one programme for more individual support (see our private packages for details). You will also have more flexibility on when to take your sessions.
