Group Classes

Do you suffer from back issues, imbalances, weaknesses or need injury rehabilitation?  Then MBMPilates is for YOU! Our classes ensure you get the correct direction and assistance from our MBMPilates Instructors.


Pilates teaches body awareness, centring, concentration, control, precision and flow.  The effects are felt almost immediately and can correct years of weakness or poor posture.  It helps support against injury and is a perfect training partner to all other types of sports and fitness, as it supplies an underlying strength and protection to the spine and joints.

We promote a relaxing, friendly environment to improve balance, posture, core strength and stability.  It is also invaluable in supporting previous injuries or to safely rehabilitate.


All of our instructors are qualified at Reps Level 3 (Advanced) and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.  Our classes centre around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced. MBMPilates feels good and fits with every healthy lifestyle.

Classes are currently only Online via Zoom - Tuesdays 6.30pm and Wednesdays 10am

In-person classes are held in Vinters Park Community Centre and Beechwood Hall, Barming and St Johns CEP School, Weavering

Free trial available for newcomers. 


Places are limited in each class, booked in blocks of 6 or via Direct Debit.  Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Private MBM Pilates gives you targeted and bespoke programs based on your individual requirements and goals.  Whether it is improved core strength and flexibility, increased balance, rehabilitating an injury, or just a nice comfortable, fun experience for you to enjoy with friends, these plans guarantee benefits quicker than within a full group class setting. You will be able to get physical and verbal feedback instantly and will feel your body utilising correct muscles with optimum alignment and notice the improvements week on week.


With our Private MBM Pilates packages you will have the intense focus of the instructor to maximise your results. Private MBM Pilates means you can train in the comfort of your own home, giving you the perfect environment to suit your needs.


Most clients choose to enjoy these sessions with their friends as it is a great excuse to meet up and experience a healthy, social, scheduled session. Plus it's a lot of fun!  But the one-to-one sessions are also enjoyable and you will really be able to focus on your specific conditions/goals.
