Private MBM Pilates & Personal Training gives you targeted and bespoke programs based on your individual requirements and goals.  Whether it is improved core strength and flexibility, increased balance, fat loss, rehabilitating an injury, or just a nice comfortable, fun experience for you to enjoy with/without friends, these plans guarantee benefits quicker than within a full group class setting.


You will be able to get physical and verbal feedback instantly and will feel your body utilising correct muscles with optimum alignment and notice the improvements week on week.


With our MBM Private packages you will have the intense focus of the instructor to maximise your results. MBM Private means you can train in the comfort of your own home*, outdoors, or online - giving you the perfect environment to suit your needs.


Most clients choose to enjoy these sessions with their friends as it is a great excuse to meet up and experience a healthy, social, scheduled session. Plus it's a lot of fun!  But the one-to-one sessions are also enjoyable and you will really be able to focus on your specific conditions/goals. 


Please note online sessions ARE available to link in with friends if you want to save on costs and experience the sessions together.

The level of service is second to none and the quality of Kim's teaching skills are excellent even during Lockdown via Zoom! Pilates with Kim is very good, she puts us through outpaces but it does feel good after the session and we have lots of fun too. Keep up the good work!
