Session etiquette

  • Please log on at least 5 minutes before the session start time so you can be ready to begin your session on time – please note some sessions are back to back so all need to be started and finished promptly.

  • There are up to 4 people in each group – please be mindful that the instructor is giving bespoke programs to all 4 – there may be similarities depending on each person’s needs/condition so there may be time when you need to be self-sufficient within each session while the instructor demos/explains to another group member.

  • We love that our members are so supportive of each other and we encourage this – please always be kind to each other, anything other than this will not be tolerated and you may be removed from the program.

  • If you are late to an online semi private or group session you may not be admitted if admitting you will cause disruption to other students. Admittance is at the sole discretion of the instructor leading the session

Cancelling / rescheduling sessions

  • Course sessions are not able to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you miss a course session this week you can’t do an extra session next week.

  • You can only attend the time/day session you are booked for.

  • Your course will just end at the end of the course – you will then get the opportunity to move to a continuation program to keep your results.

  • To cancel your continuing / rolling 28 day memberships (this does not apply to 6 week courses) you need to give 14 days’ written notice by emailing state your full name and the date you would like your membership to end.We will endeavour to cancel prior to the next payment being taken, however, if you haven’t requested early enough then the next payment may still go through, meaning your membership will end at the end of that next cycle.

  • Memberships on continuation programs can be suspended for a total of 4 weeks in any 12 month period (minimum suspension period is 14 days).

  • We do everything possible to avoid disruption to your sessions, however, life happens. If the instructor cancels for any unavoidable reason, you will be notified and you will have already been sent or will be sent a recorded workout you can do as a backup. If the instructor is out for longer than 1 session, your plan may be extended/rolled over an extra week/session.

  • If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, you will have access to your pre-recorded content to complete at a more suitable time for you.If you are unable to attend more than 2 sessions due to medical reasons, you would need to send over relevant medical documents and we can pause/reschedule your membership as appropriate.

  • Your instructor will be running sessions 48 weeks/year so there will be 4 weeks (2 weeks at Christmas and 2 weeks spread across the year) where you will not get live classes per year (continuing memberships only).Your membership price reflects this across the year. You will still have access to your video library of past classes/sessions and any homework you may have been set to ensure you don’t lose any progress.Your instructor will not be available during these set holiday times.
